How Long Does It Take For Warframe Support To Respond, Been checking it every hour and wondering if i'm wasting my time in doing so. just curious how long does it usually take for a support ticket to get answered? Hey all, basically I stopped playing warframe around november last year and recently noticed purchase confirmations and an email change request. Problem is, I lost access to the email account that the game's account is registered from I sent in a message from the warframe site about 3-4 days ago, no response as of yet. How long does it usually take for support to help after a ticket is sent ? I had a bug where my nekros prime was removed from my inventory after i sold another frame "no i didnt sold him too by accident" and i sent a ticket but its been a while now and still no answer :/ thankfully he wasnt my main support responses take between a few days to 1 month, depending on the severity of the subject in the ticket. Support works 9 hours a day, getting requests from God knows how many people, some of which are glitches that require looking into the code and stuff, they ought to be really busy. Account Support Information about account changes, protection, etc. I sent them a ticket 2 days ago and have yet to get How long does it take in average for the support team to reply a ticket? Mine has been sitting there with no response for about a week now. You should probably add in approximate date of the support issue.
