I guess this is I was terminated back in December after getting my 3rd write up (the write ups being for TOT) I tried to appeal it since the most recent write up was from a misunderstanding, but it was denied, I was told Not even a month before being fired the OM and doctor who owned the practice were singing my praises and about how much they loved me and how happy they were they hired me and then they I just started a new job and was fired after one Month. How should I discuss this in interviews? Throwaway account. I was terminated due to "culture fit". What should my next steps be? Looking for support.
